A walrus visits

The Dutch submarine HNLMS Walrus is visiting the river for a few days. Because of the swell, the pilot had to return to shore to transfer to a RIB before boarding between the piers. Similarly the tugs seemed flummoxed as to how to attach the lines without damaging something critical. The lead tug managed, but I’m not sure the other ever did.
