HMS Protector catches me off-guard

After weeks of ‘will she – won’t she’, leave the river, HMS Protector finally left when I wasn’t about.  Kevin Blair, Thomas Dyer and John Kilpatrick were on hand to save my blushes and I show edited versions of their photos here.

HMS Protector is the Royal Navy’s Ice patrol Ship and is deployed on operations for 330 days a year in The Antarctic.
