But at least Dock No. 4 of Wallsend Dry Docks has found a new use; this time building ‘gravity foundations for 5 of 15 test wind turbines to be built off Blyth.
I must have mentioned the disappearance of the three rows of terrace houses between Wallsend Dry Docks and The Neptune Yard, but just in case here they are – gone.
